While I am a certified Intuitive Nutrition Coach working professionally in a traditional gym setting, in private coaching sessions, training athletes to reach the pinnacle of their athletic performance, I am also a mom, a business owner, a corporate professional and I have lived out the saying, “The struggle is real.”
It’s in my years of learning through my own health journey, the journey of clients I’ve had the privilege to learn from as I worked alongside them coupled with the professional training I’ve had over the years that propels me to say that what I offer is different.
